Image of 126' Sparkman & Stephens designed, Herreshoff built J class sloop WEETAMOE (built 1930 in Bristol, R.I.) on NYYC Cruise 1936 off Newport, R.I. Visible in image: cropped starboard bow view of WEETAMOE on port close reach under mainstail, staysail and jib, heeled over, rail down so a full view of deck is seen, crew seated aft, land in background.
